How do holds work?

A hold reserves a time window without payment. If another client requests the same slot, we’ll contact you to confirm or release within a set window.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard cancellations 7+ days out are refundable minus processing fees. Within 7 days partial refunds may apply; within 48 hours bookings are generally non-refundable.

Do I need insurance (COI)?

Larger productions may require a COI naming Shootspace Nexus as additional insured. We’ll guide you through requirements during booking.

Can I bring outside equipment?

Yes. For high-power devices, please confirm amperage and distro needs in advance. Our staff can recommend safe power distribution.

Is sound recording possible?

Many rooms are sound-treated and have quiet HVAC. For critical dialogue, we’ll suggest best time windows and rooms with the lowest ambient noise.

What about load-in and parking?

Select sites offer freight access or drive-in. We’ll provide arrival instructions and nearby parking options after confirmation.

Do you offer gear packages?

Yes. Add-on kits like small grip packages, RGB practicals, or podcast bundles can be added in one click during checkout.

Can I extend on the day?

If availability allows, overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at the posted overtime rate.
